Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania polimetoksyglicerolowych estrów wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych z surowej fazy glicerynowej powstającej przy produkcji estrów metylowych wyższych kwasów tłuszczowych, charakteryzujący się tym, że fazę glicerynową ogrzewa się do temperatury 50°C, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym w obecności katalizatora ciekłego w postaci związku oksoniowego : [(CH3OH2)+ + (OSO2OH2)-], utworzonego z bezwodnego CH3OH i stężonego 98% H2SO4 najkorzystniej w stosunku wagowym /m/ jak 1:2, przy czym do reaktora dozuje się stopniowo katalizator do uzyskania pH = 2,5, przy którym ze środowiska reakcji wydziela się bezpostaciowy osad KHSO4 lub K2SO4 przy pH = 4. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też katalizator ciekły w postaci soli oksoniowej [(CH3OH2)+ + (OSO2OH)-], który stanowił siarczan dimetylu rozpuszczalny w nadmiarze kwasu siarkowego w stosunku molowym 3:1 (98% CH3OH I 96% H2SO4).
