Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób intensyfikacji procesu spalania paliw stałych z wykorzystaniem alkoholu alkilowego oraz katalizatora Ni-Al jako aktywatorów spalania, charakteryzuje się tym, że do przewodu paliwowego paliwa stałego, wykorzystując sprężone powietrze, dozuje się dyspersję powietrzną wytworzoną w procesie nebulizacji roztworu wodnego dodatku alkoholu alkilowego, korzystnie izopropanolu o stężeniu 10% - 30% alkoholu w roztworze wodnym, z wykorzystaniem fali ultradźwiękowej wytworzonej przez przetworniki ultradźwiękowe i/lub dodaje się dyspersję powietrzną zawierającą katalizator Al-Ni, poddany uprzednio procesowi sonifikacji z wykorzystaniem fali ultradźwiękowej wytworzonej przez przetworniki ultradźwiękowe i kolejno procesowi nebulizacji w roztworze wodnym lub roztworze wodnym alkoholu alkilowego, przy czym dodatek zawiesiny katalizatora Al-Ni wynosi n.w. 10 g, korzystnie 0,6 - 2,5 g na 1 L roztworu wodnego lub do 0,85 mg na 1 L roztworu wodnego alkoholu alkilowego.The subject of the application is a method of intensifying the combustion process of solid fuels using alkyl alcohol and a Ni-Al catalyst as combustion activators, it is characterized by the fact that to the solid fuel fuel line, using compressed air, the air dispersion produced in the process of nebulization of the aqueous solution of the addition of alkyl alcohol is dosed. , preferably 10% -30% alcohol isopropanol in an aqueous solution, using an ultrasonic wave generated by ultrasonic transducers and / or an air dispersion containing an Al-Ni catalyst is added, previously subjected to sonication using an ultrasonic wave generated by ultrasonic transducers and subsequently nebulization process in an aqueous solution or an aqueous solution of an alkyl alcohol, the addition of the Al-Ni catalyst suspension being nw 10 g, preferably 0.6 - 2.5 g per 1 L aqueous solution or up to 0.85 mg per 1 L aqueous solution of alkyl alcohol.
