Aby uczynic mimo to ciag we wszystkich czesciach kanalów moz¬ liwie jednostajnym, wykonany jest otwór 30 o krawedziach rozbieznych wtyl pod od¬ powiednim katem. — 2 — PL PLThe present invention relates to a kitchen stove with a firebox placed above an oven, wherein combustion gases flow from both sides over the walls of the firebox, then down around these walls and then around both side walls of the oven to an exhaust opening located therein. The oven according to the invention is provided with regulating devices by means of which it can be used in such a way that the heat, for example during cooking, is concentrated under the tray, and during baking - above and around the oven. In order to obtain the most uniform draught in all parts of the channels, the outlet opening under the oven has a special shape adapted for this purpose. In order to properly utilize the heat of the escaping gases, the oven is connected to a heater placed in the outlet opening of the gases in such a way that it is surrounded by exhaust gases on all sides. A kitchen oven made according to the invention is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a vertical side section, Fig. 2 - a vertical section through A-B. (Fig. 1) and Fig. 3—horizontal section through C—D (Fig. 1). The furnace 2 of the kitchen stove is located directly above the oven 3. Both of these chambers are positioned in the kitchen stove in such a way that there is a space between them and the outer walls of the stove. The furnace is provided with a cover 4 in which there are openings 5, 6, which fall under the fire rings in the hearth (sheet metal) 7. Such a device is very advantageous because it concentrates the flames under the cooking area. The gases escape backwards from the stove, above its walls, and pass down along the side walls of the firebox and oven, and then under the stove 3 to the outlet opening 30 in the bottom of the kitchen stove. On each side wall of the firebox, around the upper edge, there is a row of openings 8. Above these openings, a downward-sloping partition 9 extends from each wall. These partitions extend along the entire length of the firebox. Valves 10 are connected to the partitions around their free edges, or the partitions themselves are made movable. Valves of one type or another can be turned by means of a shaft protruding through the oven walls, directing the exhaust gases either inward toward the baking tray or outward toward the oven wall. In the first case, the gases flow through holes 5 and 6, and the flame strikes upward, directly under the baking tray; in the second case, the gases flow from the furnace 2 through holes 8, with baffles directing them downward around the oven. Thanks to this device, the heat is concentrated under the cooking tray when cooking, and above and around the oven when baking. When only one fire pit is used, the opening 6 in the roof of the firebox can be closed by means of a cover 12. The cover 12 hangs on a bend 13, e.g. made of flat iron, which is inserted through a gap in the tray 14. The hanger has an eyelet 15 at the top, into which a poker can be inserted in order to place it and remove the cover 12, 14. In order to keep the cover 12 in the upright position when the cover 14 remains in place, the hanger 13 has a cutout in its lower part so that a neck 16 is formed, which The latch allows the hanger to rotate along with the cover 12 and support the cover 14. Of course, the front opening of the furnace can also be equipped with a similar device. Under the inner part of the grate 17 with grates 18 is a valve in the form of a grate 19, which can be moved to close the grate openings. The valve plate can be moved with a rod that passes through the front wall of the furnace. When opening 6 is closed, the valve will also be closed, which causes combustion only in the front part of the furnace. Space 21, located under the bottom of the oven, has two outlet openings 23, 24: the first directly into the flue gas duct, and the second into space 25 on the side of the furnace. This space communicates through opening 26 with the flue gas duct in the furnace wall. Space 25 houses a water heater 27, surrounded on all sides by exhaust gases. This heater can be used to heat water for various purposes. The space 21 is divided by a longitudinal wall running around the edge of the inner opening 24. By means of a valve 28, which can be adjusted from the outside, the gases are directed, in cooperation with the partition 22, either to the outlet opening 23 or to the space 25 around the heater 27. In Fig. 3, the valve is shown in continuous lines for the latter case and in the opposite position in dotted lines. The partition 22 reduces the draft in the rear part of the space 21. In order to make the draft as uniform as possible in all parts of the channels, an opening 30 is made with edges diverging backwards at a suitable angle. — 2 — PL PL
