Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu otrzymywania poliuretanowych pianek integralnych metodą przyjazną dla środowiska na drodze reakcji prepolimerów diizocyjanianów ze związkami wielowodorotlenowymi, w której zamiast użycia szkodliwych dla atmosfery ciekłych węglowodorów, pełniących rolę środków spieniających, stosuje się addukty ditlenku węgla z aminami organicznymi zawierającymi jednocześnie w jednej cząsteczce ugrupowania aminowe pierwszorzędowe -NH2; drugorzędowe -NH oraz trzeciorzędowy -N; a ponadto stosowane substancje aminowe przyśpieszają głównie procesy żelowania mieszaniny spieniającej, co pozwala na eliminację dotychczas szeroko stosowanych metalicznych soli kwasów karboksylowych.The application concerns the method of obtaining integral polyurethane foams by an environmentally friendly method by reaction of diisocyanate prepolymers with polyhydric compounds, in which instead of using harmful liquid hydrocarbons acting as foaming agents, carbon dioxide adducts with organic amines containing simultaneously amine groups are used in the same molecule. primary -NH2; secondary -NH and tertiary -N; and, in addition, the amine substances used accelerate mainly the gelation processes of the foaming mixture, which allows the elimination of the previously widely used metallic salts of carboxylic acids.
