Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób obróbki zawiesiny ciekłego odpadu pofermentacyjnego, otrzymanego w wyniku fermentacji mieszaniny gnojowicy świńskiej z biomasą roślinną. Sposób ten polega na tym, że zawiesinę mineralizuje się kwasami mineralnymi, alkalizuje się do pH co najmniej 10,5, po czym do zmineralizowanej i zalkalizowanej zawiesiny pofermentacyjnej dodaje się superfosfat pojedynczy, a następnie dodaje się do przetworzonej zawiesiny środek alkalizujący w takiej ilości, aby otrzymać pH zawiesiny co najmniej 10,5, po czym dodaje się ziemię bielącą i perlit, a następnie w ostatnim etapie zawiesinę podgrzewa się do temperatury nie wyższej niż 100°C, po czym filtruje się w znany sposób.The subject of the application is a method of treating a suspension of liquid digestate, obtained as a result of fermentation of a mixture of pig manure with plant biomass. This method consists in the fact that the suspension is mineralized with mineral acids, alkalized to a pH of at least 10.5, after which a single superphosphate is added to the mineralized and alkalized fermentation suspension, and then the alkalizing agent is added to the processed suspension in such an amount that obtain a suspension pH of at least 10.5, after which bleaching earth and perlite are added, and then in the last stage the suspension is heated to a temperature not higher than 100 ° C, after which it is filtered in a known manner.
