Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób wedliniarski. Znany jest z opisu wzoru zdobniczego nr 15906 pt.: „Szynka" wyrób wedliniarski w ksztalcie splaszczonej bocznie kuli otoczonej woreczkiem foliowym, której powierzchnia ma kolor ciemnobrazowy i pokarbowana jest w jednakowej wielkosci romby, zas w srodkowej czesci zaopatrzona jest w etykiete o owalnym nieregularnym ksztalcie.Znany jest takze z opisu wzoru przemyslowego nr Rp 139 pt.: "Wyrób wedliniarski" w ksztalcie pryzmy czworobocznej o podstawie prostokatnej. Naroza wyrobu i jego krawedzie sa zaokraglone. Wyrób otoczony jest przezroczysta oslonka na której umieszczona jest etykieta oraz wydrukowane kolorowe napisy i linie. Oslonka na swych koncach spieta jest metalowymi spinkami. Plaszczyzny boczne wyrobu stanowia usytuowane parami, rózne wymiarowo trapezy o zaokraglonych narozach. W srodkowym fragmencie górnej plaszczyzny wyrobu na przezroczystej oslonce umieszczona jest etykieta w ksztalcie równoramiennego trójkata z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wyrobu wedliniarskiego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, rysunku, barwie i ukladzie linii, nadajaca przedmiotowi nowy oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych i reklamowych. Wyrób wedliniarski ma ksztalt walca o eliptycznej podstawie. Brazowa powierzchnia boczna wyrobu ma wytloczony motyw ozdobny, skladajacy sie z usytuowanych w niewielkiej odleglosci od siebie jednakowej wielkosci szescioboków, które tworza kompozycje przestrzenna zblizona swym wygladem do plastra miodu. Na powierzchni bocznej walca wytloczony jest ukosny brazowy napis. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cold cut product. It is known from the description of ornamental design no. 15906 entitled: "Szynka" (Ham), a cold cut product in the shape of a laterally flattened sphere surrounded by a plastic bag, the surface of which is dark brown and corrugated in uniformly sized rhombuses, and in the middle part it is provided with a label of an irregular oval shape. It is also known from the description of industrial design no. Rp 139 entitled: "Wyrób wedliniarski" (Meat Product), in the shape of a quadrilateral prism with a rectangular base. The corners and edges of the product are rounded. The product is surrounded by a transparent casing on which a label is placed and colored inscriptions and lines are printed. The casing is fastened at its ends with metal clips. The side surfaces of the product are arranged in pairs of trapezoids of varying dimensions with rounded corners. In the central section of the upper surface of the product, a label in the shape of an isosceles triangle with rounded corners is placed on a transparent cover. The essence of the design is a new form of the cold cut product, manifested in the shape, design, color, and arrangement of lines, giving the product a new, original appearance, intended for aesthetic and advertising purposes. The cold cut product is cylindrical in shape with an elliptical base. The brown side surface of the product is embossed with a decorative motif consisting of closely spaced, equal-sized hexagons, creating a spatial composition similar in appearance to a honeycomb. A diagonal brown inscription is embossed on the side surface of the cylinder. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations, where Figures 1 and 1 bis show the product from the front, while Figure 2 shows the unfolded side surface of the product. The cold cut product, according to the industrial design, has the shape of a large cylinder with an elliptical base. The cylinder is 180 mm high, while the major axis of the elliptical base measures 189 mm, and the minor axis measures 150 mm. The brown side surface of the product has an embossed pattern consisting of closely spaced, equal-sized hexagons, creating a spatial composition similar in appearance to a honeycomb.
