Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób identyfikacji jagniąt syntetycznych linii BCP i SCP o przydatnym w hodowli składzie tkankowym tuszy. Sposób ten polega na pobraniu ze zwierzęcia próbki biologicznej, z której izolowane jest DNA, amplifikacji specyficznego rejonu genu kalpastatyny i następnie identyfikacji obecności poszczególnych alleli w badanej próbie, charakteryzujący się tym, że analizuje się polimorficzne formy 12 intronu genu kalpastatyny, bada się, czy zidentyfikowany genotyp zwierzęcia to genotyp "aa" i jagnię określa się, jako posiadające przydatny w hodowli skład tkankowy tuszy, gdy ma ono genotyp "aa". W drugim sposobie bada się, czy zidentyfikowany genotyp zwierzęcia to genotyp "ac" i jagnię określa się, jako posiadające przydatny w hodowli skład tkankowy tuszy, gdy ma ono genotyp "ac".The subject of the application is a method of identifying synthetic lambs of the BCP and SCP lines with carcass tissue composition useful in breeding. This method consists in taking a biological sample from the animal of which DNA is isolated, amplifying a specific region of the calpastatin gene and then identifying the presence of individual alleles in the test sample, characterized in that the polymorphic forms of the 12 intron of the calpastatin gene are analyzed, whether it is identified the genotype of the animal is the "aa" genotype and the lamb is defined as having a useful carcass tissue composition when it has the "aa" genotype. In the second method, it is examined whether the identified genotype of the animal is the "ac" genotype and the lamb is defined as having the carcass tissue composition useful in culture when it has the "ac" genotype.
