Abstract

Przyrząd do ćwiczeń mięśni brzucha w pozycji leżącej ma postać sprężystej wyprofilowanej wypraski, korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego, stanowiącej podkładkę pod odcinek lędźwiowy i piersiowy kręgosłupa. Wypraska, symetryczna względem osi podłużnej, ma część (1) łukowo wygiętą do góry, przechodzącą w część (2) płaską. Kształt wygięcia jest asymetryczny tak, że kąt ? wznoszenia jest większy od kąta ß opadania. W wygiętej części (2) wypraski znajduje się wycięcie (4) wzdłuż osi symetrii. Część (1) wygięta wypraski poprzez zwężenie (3) przechodzi w zaokrągloną część (2) płaską, która ma zespół wycięć (6) symetrycznych względem osi podłużnej, korzystnie trzy pary wycięć (6) w układzie odpowiadającym mięśniom brzucha i kształcie zbliżonym do zarysu tych mięśni. Część (1) wygięta ma brzeg (5) zawinięty na zewnątrz, opierający się o podłoże.
