Abstract

Urządzenie do uzyskiwania dostępu doosierdziowego, zawierające kanał dostępowy, charakteryzujące się tym, że zawiera: wzdłużny korpus (1) zaopatrzony w części proksymalnej w uchwyt (2) i w atraumatyczną dystalną końcówkę (3), zawierającą spiralne wyprofilowanie oraz w rozciągający się wzdłuż całej jego długości wewnętrzny kanał dostępowy (4); oraz osadzony wewnątrz kanału (4) ruchomy sztylet (5), zaopatrzony w końcówkę proksymalną (6) oraz w ostrą końcówkę dystalną (7); a także, ewentualnie, kielichowatą nakładkę stabilizującą, umieszczoną na zewnętrznej powierzchni korpusu (1), przy czym dystalna końcówka (3) korpusu oraz końcówka dystalna (7) sztyletu mają co najmniej na części swej długości stożkowy kształt, stopniowo zwężający się ku dystalnej końcówce (7).
