Abstract

The method of obtaining a graft for the regeneration of bone tissue, especially human, is characterized by the fact that it consists of the following stages: mechanical cleaning of compacted, spongy or cortico-spongy bone, preferably of human origin from soft tissues, division of bone into fragments, preferably degreasing the bone in C2H5OH at a concentration of 60% to 96%, degreasing bone in H2O2 at a concentration of 1% to 40%, at least once washing the bone in NaCl at a concentration of 0.1% to 10%, mechanical cleaning of bone, draining bone from debris NaCl, freezing bones at about -40 ° C, grinding the bones with a mechanical mill until obtaining granulate, sieving the granulate through a sieve system, to divide into appropriate fractions, preferably freezing the granulate at about -40 ° C and radiation sterilization granules, preferably at a dose of 35 kGy. A graft for bone tissue regeneration, especially of human, is characterized by the fact that it is a compact, cortical - spongy or spongy bone tissue, preferably of human origin, in the form of granules, mechanically purified from soft tissues, divided into fragments, preferably degreased in C2H5OH concentration 60% to 96%, degreased in H2O2 at a concentration of 1% to 40%, rinsed at least once in NaCl at a concentration of 0.1% to 10%, mechanically cleaned, free of residual NaCl, H2O2, preferably also C2H5OH, frozen at about -40 ° C, ground until granules are obtained, sieved through a sieve system, to divide into appropriate fractions, preferably re-frozen at about -40 ° C and radiation sterilized, preferably at a dose of 35 kGy.
