Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób obniżenia momentu obrotowego matrycy w początkowym etapie procesu wyciskania z oscylacyjnym skręcaniem materiałów metalicznych, znajdujący zastosowanie zarówno w procesie jednostkowym jak i wieloseryjnym. Sposób obniżenia momentu obrotowego matrycy w początkowym etapie procesu wyciskania z oscylacyjnym skręcaniem materiałów metalicznych zgodnie ze zgłoszeniem charakteryzuje się tym, że proces wyciskania prowadzi się na wsadzie umieszczonym w pojemniku (1), który stanowi zasadniczy wsad (2) posiadający od strony matrycy (4) nacięcie usytuowane od niej w odległości, korzystnie 4 mm, powodujące lokalne zredukowanie jego przekroju co najmniej o 30% lub na wsadzie złożonym ze wsadu zasadniczego (2) i wsadu dodatkowego (5), przy czym wsad dodatkowy (5) usytuowany jest od strony matrycy (4) i charakteryzuje się zredukowanym o co najmniej 5% przekrojem poprzecznym jego całości lub części. Dodatkowy wsad (5) może stanowić pierścień wykonany z tego samego materiału co wsad zasadniczy lub też piętka pozostająca z poprzednio wyciskanego wsadu zasadniczego (2), w którym od strony przeciwległej do matrycy (4) wykonane jest zagłębienie (6) o średnicy wynoszącej korzystnie ponad 50% średnicy wsadu zasadniczego (2) i głębokości (gw) wynoszącej co najmniej 3 mm, przy czym korzystnym jest by jej długość (lw) wynosiła co najmniej 5 mm.The subject of the application is a method of reducing the torque of the matrix in the initial stage of the extrusion process with the oscillating torsion of metallic materials, applicable in both the unit and multi-series process. The method of lowering the torque of the matrix at the initial stage of the extrusion process with the oscillatory twisting of metallic materials according to the application is characterized by the fact that the extrusion process is carried out on the charge placed in the container (1), which is the main charge (2) having from the matrix side (4) an incision located at a distance from it, preferably 4 mm, causing a local reduction of its cross-section by at least 30% or on a charge consisting of the main charge (2) and the additional charge (5), with the additional charge (5) located from the matrix side (4) and has at least a 5% reduced cross-section of all or part of it. The additional charge (5) can be a ring made of the same material as the main charge or a heel remaining from the previously extruded main charge (2), in which a recess (6) with a diameter of preferably above the diameter is made from the side opposite the matrix (4) 50% of the diameter of the main charge (2) and depth (gw) of at least 3 mm, it is preferred that its length (lw) is at least 5 mm.
