Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wielowarstwowe urządzenie mikrofluidalne do generowania uszkodzeń sieci neuronów charakteryzujące się tym, że składa się z dwuwarstwowej rozłącznej, sprężysto-elastycznej podstawy utworzonej z dwóch warstw: spodniej (6A) oraz wierzchniej (6B), warstwy funkcjonalnej wykonanej z elastomeru (7), warstwy szklanej (8), warstwy klejowej (9) oraz wieka (10) wykonanego z tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym w warstwie funkcjonalnej (7) wykonana jest komora hodowlana, w której usytuowane są nieruchome listwy, które wraz z wierzchnią warstwą podstawy (6B), w której wykonane są nisze i mikrokanały wiodące aksony, tworzy mechanizm uszkadzania aksonów.The subject of the invention is a multilayer microfluidic device for generating damage to the neural network characterized by the fact that it consists of a two-layer detachable, elastic-elastic base formed of two layers: the bottom (6A) and the top (6B), the functional layer made of elastomer (7), the glass layer (8), the adhesive layer (9) and the lid (10) made of plastic, with the functional layer (7) having a breeding chamber in which the fixed slats are located, which together with the top layer of the base (6B) , in which niches and microchannels leading axons are made, creates an axonal damage mechanism.
