Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest granulowany nawóz azotowo - fosforowo - potasowy o przedłużonym działaniu na bazie popiołu ze spalania biomasy, w którym to nawozie zawartość potasu w przeliczeniu na K2O zawiera się w granicach od 5 do 20% wag., zawartość fosforu w przeliczeniu na P2O5 w granicach od 5 do 10% wag., a zawartość azotu w granicach od 5 do 10% wag. Nawóz ten stanowi wysuszony w temperaturze do 150°C, granulat wilgotnej mieszaniny lub pulpy zawierającej popiół ze spalania biomasy, w ilości nie mniejszej niż 50% wag. w przeliczeniu na gotowy produkt, co najmniej jeden z kwasów takich jak kwas siarkowy o stężeniu 30 - 98%, w ilości do 300 g H2SO4 na 1 kg popiołu ze spalania biomasy lub kwas fosforowy o stężeniu 15 - 65%, w ilości do 200 g P2O5 na 1 kg popiołu ze spalania biomasy oraz sole związków azotu, a zwłaszcza siarczan amonu, azotan amonu, fosforan dwuamonowy lub ich mieszaninę, w ilości wynoszącej w gotowym produkcie do 10% wag. w przeliczeniu na azot przyswajalny przez rośliny, lecz nie mniejszej niż 200 g siarczanu amonu na 1 kg popiołu, a ponadto ewentualnie produkty, które zawierają azot, fosfor i potas w formie przyswajalnej przez rośliny, przy czym wielkość ziaren granulatu wynosi 1 do 6 mm, a pH odcieku wodnego z gotowego produktu wynosi 4,5 do 7. The application also discloses a method of producing potassium-phosphorus fertilizer with prolonged action based on ash from biomass combustion, including forming granules in a rotary mechanical granulator from a mixture containing ash from biomass combustion and drying formed granules.
