Abstract

Urządzenie zawiera sprężarkę wyporową (1) powietrza, napędzaną wahliwym mechanizmem dźwigniowym przez losowo występującą siłę grawitacji oraz liniowy siłownik tłokowy (3), który napędza przekładnię zębatkową (4). Zębnik przekładni (4) połączony jest wałem przez sprzęgło jednokierunkowe (5) i koło zamachowe (6) z generatorem prądu elektrycznego (G). Siłownik tłokowy (3) jest jednostronnego działania z odpowietrzoną komorą tłoczyskową oraz zabudowany jest w usytuowaniu pionowym. Ciężar tłoka siłownika (3) z tłoczyskiem powiększony o ciężar zębatki przekładni zębatkowej (4) jest większy od oporów tarcia uszczelnień w cylindrze siłownika (3). Sprężarka wyporowa (1) połączona jest z akumulatorem ciśnienia (2), z którego zasilana jest komora podtłokowa siłownika (3) poprzez bistabilny zawór rozdzielający (V1). Zawór rozdzielający (V1) jest obustronnie sterowany pneumatycznie sygnałami: z zaworu z regulacją ciśnienia przesterowania (V2) oraz z zaworu krańcowego (V4) górnego martwego punktu (GMP) siłownika (3).The device includes a positive displacement compressor (1) of air, driven by a swinging lever mechanism by a random force of gravity, and a linear piston actuator (3) that drives the rack and pinion gear (4). The gear pinion (4) is connected by a shaft through a backstop (5) and a flywheel (6) to an electric generator (G). The piston cylinder (3) is a single-acting unit with a vented piston rod chamber and is installed in a vertical position. The weight of the cylinder piston (3) with the piston rod increased by the weight of the rack and pinion gear (4) is greater than the friction resistance of the seals in the cylinder (3). The positive displacement compressor (1) is connected to the pressure accumulator (2), from which the piston chamber of the actuator (3) is supplied through a bistable spool valve (V1). The spool valve (V1) is pneumatically controlled on both sides with signals: from the valve with overload pressure control (V2) and from the limit valve (V4) of the upper dead center (GMP) of the actuator (3).
