Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy azowego kompleksu barwiącego typu 1 : 2 o ogólnym wzorze 1, w którym Me oznacza Cr, Co, Cu lub Ni. Związki te są nowymi kompleksami barwiącymi i znajdują zastosowanie jako transparentne barwniki do polimerów. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu wytwarzania kompleksów. Sposób polega na tym, że azowy kompleks barwiący typu 1 : 2 o ogólnym wzorze 2, w którym Me ma wyżej podane znaczenie, Y oznacza H, Na lub K, a M oznacza Na lub K rozpuszcza się w propan-2-olu, w obecności kwasu, korzystnie solnego, do uzyskania lekko kwaśnej mieszaniny, korzystnie pH około 6,5 - 5,0, po czym w temperaturze wrzenia rozpuszczalnika prowadzi się reakcję estryfikacji substratu, przy czym w trakcie prowadzenia tej reakcji, po 30 do 60 minutach, do mieszaniny reakcyjnej porcjami dodaje się toluen, w ilości co najmniej połowy ilości użytego propan-2-olu. Następnie, z mieszaniny reakcyjnej w znany sposób oddestylowuje się azeotrop toluen/woda, zawierający wodę z reakcji kondensacji oraz propan-2-ol, przy czym destylację prowadzi się do uzyskania temperatury wrzenia toluenu, tak aby objętość rozpuszczalnika pozostałego w kolbie była zbliżona do ilości dodanego toluenu. W końcowym etapie, gorący roztwór sączy się w celu usunięcia składników nierozpuszczalnych i uzyskany przesącz odparowuje do sucha.The application relates to a type 1: 2 azo dyeing complex of general formula 1, wherein Me is Cr, Co, Cu or Ni. These compounds are new coloring complexes and are used as transparent dyes for polymers. The application also relates to a method for producing complexes. The method consists in the fact that the azo dyeing complex type 1: 2 with the general formula II, in which Me has the above-mentioned meaning, Y is H, Na or K, and M is Na or K dissolves in propan-2-ol, in presence of acid, preferably hydrochloric, to obtain a slightly acidic mixture, preferably a pH of about 6.5-5.0, after which the esterification reaction of the substrate is carried out at the boiling point of the solvent, during which, after 30 to 60 minutes, toluene is added portionwise in an amount of at least half the amount of propan-2-ol used. Then, the toluene / water azeotrope containing water from the condensation reaction and propan-2-ol are distilled off the reaction mixture in a known manner, the distillation being carried out until the boiling point of toluene is obtained, so that the volume of solvent remaining in the flask is close to the amount of added toluene. In the final step, the hot solution is filtered to remove insoluble components and the resulting filtrate is evaporated to dryness.
