Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest metalizowany proszek grafenowy w postaci płatków grafenowych pokrytych warstwą stopu nikiel - fosfor (Ni - P), otrzymywany w procesie metalizacji, w którym warstwę Ni - P nanosi się w wyniku procesu redukcji chemicznej z wieloskładnikowego roztworu metalizującego zawierającego: 25 - 30 g/l siarczanu niklu(II), 16 - 30 g/l podfosforynu sodu, 10 - 35 g/l octanu sodu oraz kwas mlekowy w ilości około 20 - 30 cm3/l do uzyskania pH 4,5, w temperaturze 75 - 90°C. Płatki grafenu przed wprowadzeniem do roztworu metalizującego aktywuje się roztworem aktywującym zawierającym 10 części wagowych (cz. w.) alkoholu etylowego i 1 część wagową roztworu sporządzonego z 1 cz. w. PdCl2, 50 cz. w. H2O, 11,8 cz. w. HCl, 118,5 cz. w. C2H5OH.The subject of the application is metallized graphene powder in the form of graphene flakes coated with a layer of nickel - phosphorus (Ni - P) alloy, obtained in the metallization process, in which the Ni - P layer is applied as a result of a chemical reduction process from a multi-component metallizing solution containing: 25 - 30 g / l nickel (II) sulfate, 16-30 g / l sodium hypophosphite, 10-35 g / l sodium acetate and lactic acid in an amount of about 20-30 cm3 / l to reach pH 4.5, at a temperature of 75 - 90 ° C. Before entering the metallizing solution, graphene flakes are activated with an activating solution containing 10 parts by weight of ethyl alcohol and 1 part by weight of a solution prepared from 1 part. w PdCl2, 50 parts in H2O, 11.8 parts w. HCl, 118.5 parts w. C2H5OH.
