Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest chip mikrofluidyczny z układem sterowania ciśnieniem i przepływem, stanowiący płytkę z układem mikrofluidycznym połączonym wewnątrz płytki (10) z co najmniej dwiema komorami (1 i 2), napełnionymi płynami stosowanymi w procesie analitycznym, z których każda ma kanał wlotowy wykonany w płytce (10) z umieszczonym w nim tłokiem (5) uszczelniającym układ mikrofluidyczny. Każdy kanał wlotowy jest zaopatrzony w samohamowny gwint wewnętrzny wykonany od strony otworu wlotowego, w którym jest osadzona śruba napędowa (4) połączona z tłokiem (5). Układ mikrofluidyczny wykonany w płytce (10) składa się korzystnie z sieci kanałów wypełnionych płynami, łączącej komory (1 i 2) z wnęką analityczną (11) oraz wnękę analityczną (11) ze strefą pomiarową i strefą separacji, w której jest wykonany zasobnik (12).The subject of the application is a microfluidic chip with pressure and flow control system constituting a plate with a microfluidic system connected inside the plate (10) with at least two chambers (1 and 2) filled with fluids used in the analytical process, each of which has an inlet channel made in the plate (10) with a piston (5) sealed in it sealing the microfluidic system. Each inlet channel is equipped with a self-locking internal thread made from the inlet side, in which the propeller (4) connected to the piston (5) is mounted. The microfluidic system made in the plate (10) preferably consists of a network of channels filled with liquids, connecting the chambers (1 and 2) with the analytical cavity (11) and the analytical cavity (11) with the measuring zone and the separation zone in which the container (12) is made ).
