Abstract

The subject of the application is artificial sandstone obtained as a result of merging salty sands, especially salty desert sands, characterized in that it contains sand in the amount of 80 - 85% by weight, sodium silicate in the amount of 7 - 15% by weight. 1 - 14% by weight relative to the mixture being mixed and its hardener in the ratio of sodium silicate, and nanosilica in the amount of 2-4 wt. in relation to the mixture to be mixed, a polyester or epoxy resin previously mixed with the cross-linking polymer in an amount of 2.5-5 wt. relative to the blended mixture, and surfactants in an amount <0.1 wt. relative to the merged mixture, the artificial sandstone has a specific mass of 1.45 - 1.75 kg / dm3, water absorption <6.4%, abrasion 0.1 - 0.4 cm, frost resistance is 44 cycles, fire resistance <1150 ° C.
