Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania rozpraszalnych w wodzie kropek kwantowych typu rdzeń/powłoka stabilizowanych warstwą hydrofilowych ligandów powierzchniowych, gdzie rdzeń stanowią nanokryształy PbS, powłokę warstwa CdS a ligandy powierzchniowe to ditiokarbaminiany otrzymane w wyniku reakcji aminokwasów i dwusiarczku węgla, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu fotoluminescencji, charakteryzujący się tym, że do emulsji złożonej z wodnego roztworu aminokwasu i dwusiarczku węgla dodaje się roztwór PbS/CdS w chloroformie (CHCl3) i miesza się intensywnie przez co najmniej 20 godzin, po czym rozdziela się fazy, przy czym górną, wodną fazę stanowiącą roztwór PbS/CdS/DTC-reszta aminokwasowa, poddaje się oczyszczaniu. Ujawniono również koloid oraz sposób wytwarzania koloidu.
