Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania zawiesiny nanocząstek srebra. Sposób wytwarzania zawiesiny nanocząstek srebra polega na redukcji soli srebra środkiem redukującym pochodzenia roślinnego, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako środek redukujący stosuje się ekstrakt z różeńca górskiego, przy czym redukcję prowadzi się w obecności polimerowego stabilizatora. Według korzystnego wariantu wykonania sposób obejmuje następujące etapy: sporządza się roztwór polimerowego stabilizatora w wodzie lub w mieszaninie wody i rozpuszczalnika organicznego, po czym w roztworze tym rozpuszcza się sól srebra (roztwór A) sporządza się ekstrakt z różeńca górskiego, korzystnie w tym samym rozpuszczalniku, w którym sporządza się roztwór A, przy czym stosunek wagowy różeńca górskiego do rozpuszczalnika zawarty jest w granicach od 1 : 100 do 10 : 1 roztwór B dodaje się do roztworu A, przy ciągłym mieszaniu, w temperaturze utrzymującej stan ciekły rozpuszczalnika lub podwyższonej do temperatury wrzenie rozpuszczalnika, przy czym stosunek objętościowy roztworu A do roztworu B zawarty jest w granicach od 1 : 100 do 100 : 1. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zawiesinę nanocząstek srebra, zawierającą ekstrakt z różeńca górskiego i polimerowy stabilizator, w której stężenie nanocząstek srebra korzystnie zawarte jest w przedziale od 100 mg/dm3 do 2000 mg/dm3.The application relates to a method for preparing a suspension of silver nanoparticles. The method for producing the suspension of silver nanoparticles consists in reducing the silver salt with a reducing agent of plant origin, which method is characterized in that the rosary extract is used as the reducing agent, the reduction being carried out in the presence of a polymeric stabilizer. According to a preferred embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: a solution of the polymeric stabilizer is prepared in water or in a mixture of water and an organic solvent, after which the silver salt dissolves in this solution (solution A), a rhodiola extract is prepared, preferably in the same solvent, in which solution A is prepared, the weight ratio of the rosary to solvent being in the range from 1: 100 to 10: 1 solution B is added to solution A, with constant stirring, at the temperature of the liquid or maintaining the boiling point of the solvent solvent, the volume ratio of solution A to solution B is in the range from 1: 100 to 100: 1. The application also includes a suspension of silver nanoparticles, containing a rosary extract and a polymeric stabilizer, in which the concentration of silver nanoparticles is preferably in the range from 100 mg / dm3 to 2000 mg / dm3.
