Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania zawiesiny nanocząstek srebra, który polega na redukcji soli srebra środkiem redukującym pochodzenia naturalnego, w obecności stabilizatora i charakteryzuje się tym, że jako środek redukujący stosuje się ekstrakt z bursztynu. Według korzystnego wariantu wykonania sposób obejmuje następujące etapy: a) sporządza się roztwór stabilizatora w rozpuszczalniku organicznym lub w mieszaninie rozpuszczalnika organicznego i wody, po czym w roztworze tym rozpuszcza się sól srebra (roztwór A); b) sporządza się ekstrakt z bursztynu, korzystnie w tym samym rozpuszczalniku, w którym sporządza się roztwór A, przy czym stosunek wagowy bursztynu do rozpuszczalnika zawarty jest w granicach od 1 : 100 do 10 : 1 (roztwór B); c) roztwór B dodaje się do roztworu A , przy ciągłym mieszaniu, w temperaturze utrzymującej stan ciekły rozpuszczalnika lub podwyższonej do temperatury wrzenia rozpuszczalnika, przy czym stosunek objętościowy roztworu A do roztworu B zawarty jest w granicach od 1 : 100 do 100 : 1. Wynalazek obejmuje także zawiesinę nanocząstek srebra, zawierającą stabilizator i ekstrakt z bursztynu, w której stężenie nanocząstek srebra korzystnie zawarte jest w przedziale od 100 mg/dm3 do 5000 mg/dm3.The invention relates to a process for preparing a suspension of silver nanoparticles which consists in reducing the silver salt with a reducing agent of natural origin in the presence of a stabilizer and is characterized in that amber extract is used as the reducing agent. According to a preferred embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: a) a stabilizer solution is prepared in an organic solvent or in a mixture of organic solvent and water, after which the silver salt (solution A) is dissolved in the solution; b) an amber extract is prepared, preferably in the same solvent in which solution A is prepared, with a weight ratio of amber to solvent ranging from 1: 100 to 10: 1 (solution B); c) solution B is added to solution A, with constant stirring, at a temperature that maintains the liquid state of the solvent or is elevated to the boiling point of the solvent, the volume ratio of solution A to solution B being in the range from 1: 100 to 100: 1. The invention also includes a suspension of silver nanoparticles, containing a stabilizer and an amber extract, in which the concentration of silver nanoparticles is preferably in the range from 100 mg / dm3 to 5000 mg / dm3.
