Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest taśma do uszczelniania spoin w budowlanej stolarce otworowej, w szczególności taśma do uszczelniania połączenia ramy okiennej lub drzwiowej z ościeżnicą otworu montażowego. Zasadniczą część taśmy uszczelniającej zgodnej z wynalazkiem stanowi wstęga kleju (1) do którego na jednej krawędzi jest przyklejony montażowy pas (5), natomiast wzdłuż drugiej krawędzi wstęgi (1) na jej przeciwnej powierzchni jest przyklejony materiał funkcyjny (2.2). Szerokości montażowego pasa (5) i materiału funkcyjnego (2.2) są tak dobrane, że elementy te zachodzą na siebie na szerokość (a) korzystnie wynoszącą około 10 mm. Grubość wstęgi (1) kleju wynosi od 0,01 mm do 1 mm, natomiast jej szerokość jest dobierana w zależności od szerokości materiału funkcyjnego (2.2) szerokości montażowego pasa (5) pokrywając je w całości lub w przeważającej części. Wstęga(1) kleju, na obu wzdłużnych krawędziach jest obustronnie zabezpieczona przed dezaktywacją pasami odrywalnej folii lub papieru (3, 4) po usunięciu których ta część wstęgi (1) kleju służy do połączenia taśmy uszczelniającej z ramą okna lub osadzanych drzwi. Materiał funkcyjny (2.2) posiada membranę o zmiennych właściwościach dyfuzyjnych i ma postać elastycznie odkształcalnego pasa folii lub laminatu wykonanego z membrany i materiału czepnego. Na wewnętrznej powierzchni przylegającej do wstęgi (1) kleju materiał funkcyjny (2.2) jest pokryty warstwą materiału zwiększającego przyczepność do kleju, korzystnie wykonanej z włókniny polipropylenowej lub poliestrowej rozciągliwej w poprzek, o gęstości właściwej od 10 g/m2 do 25 g/m2.The subject of the invention is a tape for sealing joints in construction joinery, in particular a tape for sealing the connection of a window or door frame with the frame of the mounting hole. The essential part of the sealing tape according to the invention is the adhesive web (1) to which the assembly strip (5) is glued on one edge, while functional material (2.2) is glued on its opposite surface along the other edge of the web (1). The widths of the mounting belt (5) and the functional material (2.2) are selected so that these elements overlap by a width (a) preferably of about 10 mm. The thickness of the adhesive web (1) is from 0.01 mm to 1 mm, while its width is selected depending on the width of the functional material (2.2), the width of the belt mounting (5) covering them completely or for the most part. The adhesive strip (1), on both longitudinal edges, is protected on both sides against deactivation with tear-off foil or paper strips (3, 4) after removal of which this part of the adhesive strip (1) is used to connect the sealing tape with the window frame or the door to be fitted. The functional material (2.2) has a membrane with variable diffusion properties and is in the form of an elastically deformable film or laminate belt made of a membrane and adhesive material. On the inner surface adjacent to the adhesive web (1), the functional material (2.2) is covered with a layer of adhesive enhancing material, preferably made of polypropylene or polyester non-woven fabric transversely, with a specific density of 10 g / m2 to 25 g / m2.
