Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy sposobu przekształcania osadu ze ścieków komunalnych gromadzonego w oczyszczalni, w którym osad odwadnia się mechanicznie w zespole mechanicznego odwadniania do uzyskania wilgotności 65% do 85% wilgotności. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że odwodniony odsad miesza się w mieszalniku (4) z suchym osadem o wilgotności 5 do 15%, do uzyskania wilgotności mieszaniny osadów poniżej 35%, mechanicznie suszy się i rozdrabnia mieszaninę osadów na pył, zaś rozdrobniony pył składuje się w zbiorniku (6). Zgłoszenie dotyczy również instalacji termicznego przekształcania osadów ze ścieków komunalnych wyposażonej w zespół mechanicznego przygotowania osadu. Instalacja charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera mieszalnik (4), w którym miesza się osad o wilgotności 65 do 85% z osadem suchym o wilgotności 5-15%, rozdrabniarkę (5) oraz zbiornik końcowy (6).The application relates to a method of transforming sludge from municipal sewage collected in a treatment plant, in which the sludge is mechanically dewatered in a mechanical dewatering unit to obtain humidity of 65% to 85% humidity. This method is characterized in that the dehydrated head is mixed in a mixer (4) with a dry sludge with a moisture content of 5 to 15%, to obtain a moisture content of the sludge mixture below 35%, mechanically dried and crushed the sludge mixture to dust, and the crushed dust is stored in the tank (6). The notification also relates to the installation for the thermal treatment of sludge from municipal sewage equipped with a mechanical sludge preparation unit. The installation is characterized by the fact that it contains a mixer (4) in which the sludge with a humidity of 65 to 85% is mixed with a dry sludge with a humidity of 5-15%, a crusher (5) and a final tank (6).
