Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik do kosme- tyków. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac pojem- nika do .kosmetyków przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy ma dwie odmiany: 1. - odmiana pierwsza pojemnik niski 2. - odmiana druga pojemnik wysoki Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w mate- riale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 jest rysunkiem zbior- czym przedstawiajacym pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w jego obu odmianach w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przed- stawia pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w pierwszej odmia- nie w widoku perspektywicznym na fotografii, fig. 3 - pojem- nik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z boku na fotografii, fig. 4 - pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z góry na fotografii, fig. 5 - pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w drugiej odmia- nie w widoku perspektywicznym na fotografii, fig. 6 - pojem-nik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w drugiej odmianie w widoku z przodu na fotografii, fig. 7 - pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego w drugiej odmianie w widoku z boku na fotografii, fig. 8 - pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w drugiej odmia- nie w widoku z góry na fotografii. Cecha istotna pojemnika w pierwszej postaci jest jego ksztalt. Pojemnik ten ma postac rozbieznego ku górze stozka scietego o przekroju kolistym, przy czym na okolo 3/4 wysoko- sci znajduje sie linia równolegla do podstaw oddzielajaca po- krywke od korpusu pojemnika. Obie podstawy pojemnika sa pla- skie i wzajemnie równolegle. Cecha istotna pojemnika w drugiej postaci jest jego ksztalt. Pojemnik ten ske z dwu bryl znajdujacych sie jedna nad druga, przy czym dolna bryla o plaskiej podstawie dolnej ma przekrój soczewkowy i rozszerza sie ku górze, a jej górna powierzchnia jest pochyla i zbiezna ku górze. Góra bryle sta- nowi natomiast bryla o soczewkowym przekroju majaca scianki boczne przebiegajace pionowo, przy czym jej górna powierzch- nia jest nieco wypukla. Pomiedzy dolna i górna bryla znajduje sie linia równolegla do podstawy pojemnika oddzielajaca te bryly od siebie.Fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cosmetics container. A significant feature of the container in the first form is its shape. This container takes the form of an upwardly diverging truncated cone with a circular cross-section, with a line parallel to the bases separating the lid from the container body at approximately 3/4 of its height. Both bases of the container are flat and parallel to each other. A significant feature of the container in the second form is its shape. This container is composed of two solids located one above the other, where the lower solid with a flat lower base has a lenticular cross-section and widens upward, and its upper surface is inclined and tapered upward. The top of the solid is a solid with a lenticular cross-section with vertical side walls, and its upper surface is slightly convex.
