Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób ilościowego oznaczania stężenia polimerów anionowych w roztworach wodnych o podwyższonej wartości siły jonowej, przydatny w analizie przemysłowej oraz środowiskowej. W sposobie tym do spektrofotomerycznego oznaczania stężeń polimerów anionowych w roztworach wodnych zawierających NaCl stosuje się wodny roztwór barwnika - błękitu metylenowego. Siłę jonową roztworu analitu doprowadza się do określonej wartości, a następnie porcję analitu o znanej objętości miareczkuje się roztworem barwnika, rejestrując w sposób ciągły absorbancję mieszaniny roztworów przy długości fali z zakresu od 660 do 670 nm. Punktem końcowym miareczkowania jest osiągnięcie zadanej wartości absorbancji. Stężenie polimeru (C) odczytuje się z krzywej kalibracyjnej w postaci C=f(VBM) (gdzie VBM - objętość barwnika w punkcie końcowym).The subject of the application is a method for quantitative determination of the concentration of anionic polymers in aqueous solutions with an increased value of ionic strength, useful in industrial and environmental analysis. In this method, an aqueous dye solution - methylene blue - is used to spectrophotomerically determine the concentration of anionic polymers in aqueous solutions containing NaCl. The ionic strength of the analyte solution is adjusted to a certain value, and then a portion of the analyte of known volume is titrated with a dye solution, continuously recording the absorbance of the solution mixture at a wavelength range from 660 to 670 nm. The end point of titration is to reach the absorbance set point. The polymer concentration (C) is read from the calibration curve as C = f (VBM) (where VBM - dye volume at the end point).
