Abstract

The subject of the application is a method for obtaining anhydrite and coagulant from ferrous waste containing SiO2, TiO2, Fe2O3, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, SO3, which are used in the broadly understood wastewater treatment, in the building materials industry and the production of Portland cement, in particular in the production of self-leveling floors and in mineral binders used for breakdowns and rescue operations in underground mining. The method is characterized in that iron-bearing waste in an amount of 0.5 to 5 tons, combines with H2SO4 at a concentration between 25 - 35% in an amount of 0.75 - 7.5 tons, obtaining a reaction temperature of 90 - 120 ° C, and then the solution thus prepared is mixed for a period of 10 to 60 minutes.
