Abstract
Węzeł rusztu drewnianego oraz drewniano - stalowej struktury rusztowej, zawierający dwie krzyżujące się belki drewniane, podcięte w połowie wysokości i połączone ze sobą w miejscu podcięcia poprzez elementy stalowe, charakteryzuje się tym, że w jego strefie ściskanej i strefie rozciąganej węzeł ma elementy stalowe składające się z płaskowników (5) i blachy (4), połączonych ze sobą trwale, przy czym płaskowniki (5) są wklejone w rowki w belce (1 i 2), zaś blacha (4) przymocowana jest do powierzchni belek za pomocą wkrętów. Długość płaskownika (5) równa jest szerokości belki (1 i 2). Płaskowniki (5) są usytuowane prostopadle względem blachy (4) i są z nią połączone ciągłymi spoinami pachwinowymi. W miejscu połączenia belka (1) i belka (2) ma przyklejone prostokątne elementy (3) ze sklejki. Ilość płaskowników (5) wysokość ich przekroju i rozstaw zależne są od wypadkowych sił działających poprzez płaskowniki (5) na drewno i pochodzących od wypadkowych sił działających na blachę(4).The node of the wooden grate and the wood-steel grate structure, containing two intersecting wooden beams, undercut in half height and connected to each other in the place of undercutting through steel elements, is characterized by the fact that in its compression and tension zone the node has steel elements consisting from flat bars (5) and sheet metal (4), permanently connected together, the flat bars (5) are glued into the grooves in the beam (1 and 2), and the sheet metal (4) is attached to the surface of the beams with screws. The length of the flat bar (5) is equal to the beam width (1 and 2). The flat bars (5) are perpendicular to the sheet (4) and are connected to it by continuous fillet welds. At the connection point, the beam (1) and the beam (2) have rectangular elements (3) made of plywood. The number of flat bars (5), their cross-section height and spacing depend on the resultant forces acting through the flat bars (5) on wood and coming from the resultant forces acting on the sheet metal (4).
