Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest torebka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac torebki, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i barwach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na lysunku, na któiym fig. 1 przedstawia torebke w widoku perspektywicznym, a kolorowe odbitki: fig. 2- 6 przedstawiaja odmiany kolorystyczne torebki. Torebka ma ksztalt dwóch quasi trapezów, zszytych bokami, z lamówka na górze, przechodzaca w uchwyty torebki. Boki torebki sa zszyte w linii prostej, przechodzac ku dolowi w trójkat, którego podstawa jest krótszym bokiem prostokatnego dna torebki. Torebka ma nadruk róznych wielkosci wzorów lisci i moze byc wykonana w odmianach kolorystycznych - w kolorze czarnym, niebieskim, fioletowym, zielonym, czerwonym i zóltym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Torebka ma sciany, przednia i tylna, w postaci dwóch quasi trapezów, skierowanych mniejszymi podstawami ku dolowi, które tworza jednoczesnie boki prostokata stanowiacego dno torebki; górne podstawy quasi trapezu sciany przedniej i tylnej sa regularna linia falista, obszyta lamówka,przechodzaca w lukowe uchwyty wystajace ponad torbe. Boki torby sa zszyte w linii prostej do % swej dlugosci, rozchodzac sie w dolnej czesci na boki, tworzace ramiona trójkata równoramiennego, którego podstawa stanowi krótszy z boków prostokatnego dna torebki - o dlugosci boków w proporcji 1:2 . Wysokosc torebki bez uchwytów równa jest dlugosci dluzszego boku jej podstawy, jak pokazano na Fig. 1. Centralnie w lamówke torby wszyta jest naszywka w ksztalcie prostokatnego, zlozonego na pól rulonu. Torebka moze byc wykonana w róznych odmianach kolorystycznych, o tym samym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, pokazanych na Fig. 2-7 . Jedna odmiane wzoru stanowi torebka o tym samym ksztalcie i proporcjach w kolorze czarnym, z nadrukiem róznych wielkosci wzorów lisci kontrastujacych z tlem torebki, których quasi zylki sa tozsame z kolorem tla torebki, j ak pokazano na Fig. 2. .Druga odmiane wzoru stanowi torebka w kolorze niebieskim z nadrukiem lisci, jak pokazano na Fig. 3. Trzecia odmiane wzoru stanowi torebka w kolorze fioletowym z nadrukiem lisci, jak pokazano na Fig. 4. Czwarta odmiane wzoru stanowi torebka w kolorze zielonym z nadrukiem lisci, j ak pokazano na Fig. 5. Piata odmiane wzoru stanowi torebka w kolorze czerwonym z nadrukiem lisci, jak pokazano na Fig. 6. Szósta odmiane wzoru stanowi torebka w kolorze zóltym z nadrukiem lisci, jak pokazano na Fig. 7. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a handbag. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the handbag, manifested in its shape, line layout, surface properties, and colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handbag in perspective, and color prints: Figs. 2-6 show the handbag's color variations. The handbag is shaped like two quasi-trapezoids, sewn together at the sides, with a piping at the top that merges into the handbag's handles. The sides of the handbag are sewn in a straight line, merging towards the bottom into a triangle, the base of which is the shorter side of the rectangular bottom of the handbag. The handbag is printed with various sizes of leaf patterns and can be made in color variations – black, blue, purple, green, red, and yellow. Essential features of the industrial design: The bag has walls, front and back, in the form of two quasi-trapezoids, with their smaller bases facing downward, which simultaneously form the sides of a rectangle constituting the bottom of the bag; the upper bases of the quasi-trapezoid front and back walls are a regular, wavy line, trimmed with piping, merging into arched handles protruding above the bag. The sides of the bag are sewn in a straight line for 100% of their length, diverging at the bottom to form the arms of an isosceles triangle, the base of which is the shorter side of the rectangular bottom of the bag – with the lengths of the sides in a 1:2 ratio. The height of the bag without handles is equal to the length of the longer side of its base, as shown in Fig. 1. A patch in the shape of a rectangular roll folded in half is sewn centrally into the bag's piping. The bag can be made in different color variations, with the same shape and line arrangement, shown in Fig. 2-7. One design variation is a bag of the same shape and proportions in black, printed with various sizes of leaf patterns contrasting with the bag's background, the quasi-veins of which are the same color as the bag's background, as shown in Fig. 2. The second design variation is a bag in blue with a leaf print, as shown in Fig. 3. The third design variation is a bag in purple with a leaf print, as shown in Fig. 4. The fourth design variation is a bag in green with a leaf print, as shown in Fig. 5. The fifth design variation is a bag in red with a leaf print, as shown in Fig. 6.
