Torba Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 27 sierpnia 200lr. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest torba przeznaczona do celów uzytkowych i reklamowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac torby z dwoma uchwytami, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz ukladzie barw. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach Fig. 1 - Fig. 2, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia torbe wedlug wzoru w widoku z jednej strony, zas Fig. 2 - torbe w widoku z przeciwnej strony. Torba bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego wykonana jest z granatowej tkaniny i ma ksztalt prostokata o szerokosci nieco wiekszej od wysokosci. Do górnego obrzeza obydwu boków przyszyte sa granatowe paski stanowiace uchwyty torby. W poblizu dna torby, po jednej stronie przyszyta jest niesymetrycznie prostokatna kieszonka, zas po stronie przeciwnej zamocowanajest prostokatna skórzana naszywka z fantazyjnym czerwonym napisem „FILIPINKA". Torba wykonczona jest biala stebnówka, podwójna stebnówka wzdluz górnego obrzeza, ponadto stebnowane sa paski tworzace uchwyty, kieszonka oraz skórzana naszywka.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PLThe industrial design registration right is valid from August 27, 2001. The subject of the industrial design is a bag intended for utility and advertising purposes. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bag with two handles, manifesting itself in its shape, surface properties, and color arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 - Fig. 2, in which Fig. 1 shows the bag according to the design from one side, and Fig. 2 - the bag from the opposite side. The bag subject of the industrial design is made of navy blue fabric and has a rectangular shape, slightly wider than high. Navy blue straps, serving as handles, are sewn to the upper edge of both sides. Near the bottom of the bag, on one side there is an asymmetrically sewn rectangular pocket, while on the opposite side there is a rectangular leather patch with a fancy red inscription "FILIPINKA". The bag is finished with white topstitching, double topstitching along the upper edge, and the straps forming the handles, the pocket and the leather patch are also topstitched. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL
