Abstract

Mata izolacyjna lamelowa składająca się z zestawu lameli tworzących jej szerokość charakteryzuje się tym, że jej zestaw lameli wykonany jest z włókien poliestrowych, których podstawę stanowi poli(tereftalan etylenu) (PET). Z kolei linia produkcyjna do wytwarzania tej maty izolacyjnej lamelowej składa się ze stołu załadowczo-odbiorczego (8), umieszczonego za nim przenośnika taśmowego (9), zaopatrzonego w dwie boczne prowadnice listwowe (22) i usytuowanego prostopadle do dwuczłonowego przenośnika rolkowo - paskowego (10), pomiędzy którymi umieszczony jest zespół dociskowo - rozkrawający (11), przy czym ten dwuczłonowy przenośnik, którego wewnętrzny koniec wsparty na konstrukcji nośnej połączony jest z poprzecznie usytuowaną belką dociskową (18), spoczywającą na kaskadowo i równolegle usytuowanym do niego przenośniku taśmowym (16), którego konstrukcja nośna wyposażona jest w zespół rozwijający (37) materiał okładzinowy, zestaw dysz natryskowych kleju (41) na ten materiał oraz zestaw wałków dociskowych (34) i w piłę latającą (43).
