Abstract
Ujawniono urządzenie do rozkładu ładunków heksogenu, które zawiera reaktor przepływowy (1), połączony ze zbiornikiem kwasu siarkowego (2) poprzez rurkę kwasoodporną pierwszą (9) z wziernikiem (10), pompę kwasu siarkowego (5) i rurkę kwasoodporną drugą (11) oraz poprzez zawór zlewczy (12). Jest on także połączony poprzez przewód gazowy pierwszy (13) z wylotem odgazów (14) zamontowanym w płuczce wodnej (7) usytuowanej nad zbiornikiem wodnym (6). Do wylotu odgazów (14) podłączony jest również poprzez przewód gazowy drugi (15) zbiornik kwasu siarkowego (2). Natomiast zbiornik wodny (6) połączony jest poprzez przewód wodny pierwszy (17), pompę wodną (8) i przewód wodny drugi (18) z dyszą wodną (16), która zamontowana jest w górnej części płuczki wodnej (7). W środkowej części płuczki wodnej (7) zamontowana jest osłona wylotu odgazów (19), pod którą znajduje się wylot odgazów (14). Reaktor przepływowy (1) zawiera pokrywę reaktora (20), rurkę poziomowskazową (21) oraz półkę perforowaną (22). Zbiornik kwasu siarkowego (2) zawiera płaszcz grzejny (3) podłączony do źródła zasilania energią elektryczną (4), pokrywę zbiornika (23) z króćcem wlewowym (26), miernik temperatury (24) oraz wskaźnik poziomu kwasu (25).A device for the distribution of hexogen charges has been disclosed, which includes a flow reactor (1) connected to a sulfuric acid tank (2) via a first acid-resistant tube (9) with a sight glass (10), a sulfuric acid pump (5) and a second acid-resistant tube (11) and through the drain valve (12). It is also connected through the first gas pipe (13) with the gas outlet (14) mounted in the water scrubber (7) located above the water tank (6). The second (15) sulfuric acid tank (2) is also connected to the gas outlet (14). The water tank (6) is connected by the first water pipe (17), water pump (8) and the second water pipe (18) with the water nozzle (16), which is mounted in the upper part of the water scrubber (7). In the central part of the scrubber (7), a gas outlet cover (19) is mounted, under which a gas outlet (14) is located. The flow reactor (1) comprises a reactor cover (20), a level gauge tube (21) and a perforated shelf (22). The sulfuric acid tank (2) contains a heating jacket (3) connected to an electric power source (4), a tank cover (23) with a filler neck (26), a temperature meter (24) and an acid level indicator (25).
