Abstract

Instalacja do ciągłej przeróbki odpadów politereftalanu etylenu PET charakteryzuje się tym, że tworzy trójstopniową linię produkcyjną zasilaną rozdrobnionymi odpadami PET z dozownika D i zawiera pierwszy stopień roztwarzania, transestryfikacji z wysokowrzącymi alkoholami i odbarwiania, drugi stopień transestryfikacji z niskowrzącymi alkoholami i oddzielenia estrów kwasu tereftalowego i trzeci stopień hydrolizy, oddestylowania niskowrzącego alkoholu i wydzielenia kwasu tereftalowego. Każdy ze stopni zawiera co najmniej dwa reaktory R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 przepływowe, połączone ze sobą kaskadowo oraz obwody 1, 2, 3 zawracania do poprzednich stopni produktów pośrednich w postaci glikolu, wysokowrzących alkoholi i niskowrzących alkoholi, poprzez zbiorniki Z1, Z2, Z3 magazynowe. W odmianie wynalazku pierwszy i drugi stopień instalacji zawiera co najmniej jeden reaktor rurowy. Z instalacji otrzymuje się gotowy produkt w postaci suchego proszku kwasu tereftalowego PTA.
