Abstract
The method of producing a biopreparation for remediation of soils contaminated with heavy metals consists in the fact that the active ingredient in the form of ground wheat grain overgrown with mycelium of the Trichoderma strain with a moisture content of 30 to 40% in an amount of 25 - 45% by weight. mixed with the carrier in the form of ground diatomaceous earth after filtration of beer with a moisture content of 5-6% in an amount of 15-25% by weight. Then 40-50% by weight of the resulting mixture is added. supplementary material in the form of a comminuted mixture containing 40-46 wt. dried, granulated beet pulp, 18-20 wt. rice, 18-20% by weight barley grains and 18-20 wt. oat grains, the active ingredient being obtained after a previous 21-day incubation at 25 ° C placed in closed, perforated bags of wheat grains mixed with ground mycelium of the Trichoderma strain previously grown on agarose-potato medium.
