Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do produkcji sztabek wielosegmentowych, zawierające podajnik doprowadzający elementy prętopodobne (S1, S2) w postaci ciągu elementów prętopodobnych urządzenie owijające usytuowane za podajnikiem w kierunku przemieszczania ciągu elementów, do owijania ciągu elementów prętopodobnych (S1, S2) w materiał owijkowy (7) tworząc wałek, zespół transportujący umieszczony pomiędzy podajnikiem a zespołem owijającym, do formowania ciągu ustawionych osiowo elementów prętopodobnych (S1, S2) oraz do transferowania elementów prętopodobnych (S1, S2) za pomocą szeregu kół transportowych do zespołu owijającego, przy czym elementy prętopodobne są przemieszczane wzdłuż prowadnic, a także środki tnące służące do cięcia wałka na sztabki, z których każda zawiera zbiór elementów prętopodobnych (S1, S2), charakteryzujące się tym, że przynajmniej ostatnie z kół w zespole transportującym elementy prętopodobne (S1, S2) do urządzenia owijającego jest kołem, którego powierzchnia obwodowa jest gładka. The subject of the notification is also a transport assembly for transferring a string of rod-like elements.
