Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania polimerowej folii do dwustronnych taśm samoprzylepnych charakteryzuje się tym, że polimeryzacji wolnorodnikowej poddaje się mieszaninę zawierającą od 90% wagowych do 99,9% wagowych uretanoakrylanu oraz od 0,1% wagowych do 10% wagowych rodnikowego fotoinicjatora, przy czym polimeryzację inicjuje się promieniowaniem UV w zakresie do 200 do 400 nm. Ujawniono również sposób wytwarzania dwustronnej taśmy samoprzylepnej na nośniku z folii polimerowej, który polega na wytworzeniu nośnika w drodze polimeryzacji, a następnie naniesieniu obustronnie kleju samoprzylepnego na nośniki charakteryzuje się tym, że nośnik wytwarza się podczas polimeryzacji wolnorodnikowej, której poddaje się mieszaninę zawierającą od 90% wagowych do 99,9% wagowych uretanoakrylanu oraz od 0,1% wagowych do 10% wagowych rodnikowego fotoinicjatora, przy czym polimeryzację inicjuje się promieniowaniem UV w zakresie do 200 do 400 nm.The method for producing the polymeric film for double-sided adhesive tapes is characterized in that the free radical polymerization is carried out with a mixture comprising from 90% by weight to 99.9% by weight of urethaneacrylate and from 0.1% to 10% by weight of a radical photoinitiator, the polymerization being initiated by radiation UV in the range up to 200 to 400 nm. Also disclosed is a method for producing a double-sided adhesive tape on a polymer film carrier, which consists in producing a carrier by polymerization and then applying a self-adhesive adhesive on both sides, characterized in that the carrier is produced during free radical polymerization, which is subjected to a mixture containing 90% by weight up to 99.9% by weight urethaneacrylate and from 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight of a radical photoinitiator, the polymerization being initiated with UV radiation in the range up to 200 to 400 nm.
