Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania polietylenu o podwyższonej wytrzymałości na rozciąganie charakteryzuje się tym, że do polietylenu dodaje się napełniacz w postaci modyfikowanego węglem i azotem ditlenku tytanu w ilości od 0,5 do 5% wagowych i wytłacza się. Modyfikuje się ditlenek tytanu wygrzewając go w atmosferze azotowo - węglowej w temperaturze od 300 do 600°C, przy czym atmosferę azotowo - węglową uzyskuje się w wyniku przepuszczania gazowego amoniaku przez płuczkę z izopropanolem z prędkością 200 ml/min. Polietylen z dodatkiem TiO2-N,C wytłacza się w temperaturze 180°C.The method of obtaining polyethylene with increased tensile strength is characterized in that a filler in the form of carbon and nitrogen modified titanium dioxide in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight is added to the polyethylene and extruded. Titanium dioxide is modified by heating it in a nitrogen-carbon atmosphere at a temperature of 300 to 600 ° C, while the nitrogen-carbon atmosphere is obtained by passing ammonia gas through an isopropanol scrubber at a speed of 200 ml / min. Polyethylene with the addition of TiO2-N, C is extruded at 180 ° C.
