The right to register an ornamental design is valid from February 22, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a three-piece set of writing implements consisting of a fountain pen, a ballpoint pen, and a rollerball pen, housed in a plastic case. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color of the case, as well as the ornamentation and coloring of the writing elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 10. The set of writing implements according to the ornamental design is characterized by a cuboid case with cut corners, consisting of two hinged parts: a lid and a base. Both parts of the case taper upward and downward, respectively, so that the circumference of the upper surface of the lid and the lower surface of the case are smaller than the circumference at the contact surface of the lid and the bottom. The case is made of plastic, preferably in matte black. The interior of the case's bottom is lined with a soft material in white, gray, or beige, which is removable in this part of the case. The two-part case holds writing instruments: a fountain pen, a ballpoint pen, and a rollerball pen, the holders and caps of which are decorated with two stripes of different widths in a color contrasting with the color of the material from which the set is made. The caps have caps in the same color as the stripes. The set's components, including a fountain pen, ballpoint pen, and rollerball pen, are made of a uniform black material with off-white and reddish-gray inclusions resembling marble, and the lining is beige. In another set, the components are made of a uniform green material with off-white and gray inclusions resembling marble, and the lining is white. The elements of another set are made of a uniform green plastic, and the lining is white. The last set features solid black plastic elements and a white lining.
