Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania pianosilikatów z domieszkami o właściwościach magnetycznych obejmujący mieszanie krzemionki płomieniowej o gęstości nasypowej 150 g/dm3 lub o powierzchni właściwej od 300 m2/g do 380 m2/g oraz wodnego szkła sodowego o gęstości od 1,37 g/ml do 1,45 g/ml, i o module silikatowym od 2,5 do 3,5 do uzyskania jednorodnego zolu, suszenie zolu w temperaturze z zakresu od 70°C do 90°C w czasie od 2 h do 4 h celem otrzymania żelu, kruszenie żelu i wypełnienie nim stalowej formy, wygrzewanie formy w temperaturze od 300°C do 500°C przez czas powyżej 1 h, przy czym do zolu lub skruszonego żelu dodaje się domieszkę w postaci nanoproszku ferrytowego wybraną z grupy obejmującej: Fe2O3, {Mn, Zn)Fe2O4, BaO*6Fe2O3; oraz pianosilikat wytworzony tym sposobem.
