Rotacyjna komora paleniskowa (3) posiada szereg wzdłużnych przysłon (7), mających formę żaluzji, zamocowanych wahliwie na zewnętrznej powierzchni komory paleniskowej (3) i przysłaniających otwory wlotowe powietrza, współpracujących z nieruchomym pierścieniem sterującym (9), rozmieszczonym prostopadle do osi wzdłużnej komory (3), wokół jej tylnej części, przy czym wewnętrzna powierzchnia (10) pierścienia sterującego (9) ma kształt łuków o dwóch promieniach (R, r) połączonych ze sobą krótkimi odcinkami prostymi i pełni funkcję krzywki dociskającej przysłony (7) do powierzchni komory paleniskowej (3) lub zwalniającej je zgodnie z ustalonymi fazami. Komora paleniskowa (3) ma kształt graniastosłupa albo ostrosłupa ściętego o podstawie wieloboku foremnego. Przysłony (7) rozmieszczone są po dwie na każdym segmencie (8) bocznej ściany komory paleniskowej (3).The subject of the invention is a mechanism for aerating the combustion chamber in a pellet burner, where the burner comprises a steel body (1) constituting a fixed housing with an inlet opening (2) for pellets, and a rotary combustion chamber (3) surrounded by a cylindrical, stationary cover permanently connected to the body (1), wherein the space between the combustion chamber (3) and the cover is an annular channel supplying air to the combustion chamber (3) through inlet openings and/or blower nozzles placed on its circumference. The rotary combustion chamber (3) has a number of longitudinal diaphragms (7) in the form of louvers, mounted pivotally on the outer surface of the combustion chamber (3) and covering the air inlet openings, cooperating with a stationary control ring (9), arranged perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the chamber (3), around its rear part, wherein the inner surface (10) of the control ring (9) has the shape of arcs with two radii (R, r) connected with each other by short straight sections and acts as a cam pressing the diaphragms (7) against the surface of the combustion chamber (3) or releasing them in accordance with the established phases. The combustion chamber (3) has the shape of a prism or a truncated pyramid with a regular polygon base. The diaphragms (7) are arranged in pairs on each segment (8) of the side wall of the combustion chamber (3).
