Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorystyce jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy ma ksztalt bryly ograniczonej powierzchnia walca obrotowego ze scieciem bocznym jego tworzacej z jednej strony i wybraniem z drugiej strony o ksztalcie w widoku z boku zblizonym do trapezu z zaokraglonym narozem oraz dwiema róznymi plaszczyznami, z których górna jest usytuowana skosnie do osi obrotu, a dolna prostopadle do tej osi. Górna skosnie usytuowana powierzchnia uchwytu ma ksztalt scietego okregu utworzonego z promieniowego obwodowego kolnierza, w którym umieszczona jest plytka w ksztalcie okregu ze scieciem od strony sciecia tworzacej walca i zaokraglonym narozem, przy czym sciete konce kolnierza przechodza w pionowe scianki lukowe, polaczone plynnym przejsciem z tworzaca czesci walcowej uchwytu, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie pionowa scianka przechodzaca w górnej czesci promieniowo w plaska powierzchnie, na której spoczywa plytka. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the color scheme of its elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle viewed from below, and Fig. 3 - the same handle in a vertical cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle has the shape of a solid bounded by the surface of a rotating cylinder with a side cut of its generating line on one side and a recess on the other side, with a shape similar to a trapezoid in side view with a rounded corner and two different planes, the upper one being positioned obliquely to the axis of rotation and the lower one perpendicular to that axis. The upper, obliquely arranged surface of the holder has the shape of a truncated circle formed by a radial circumferential collar, in which a circular plate is placed with a chamfer on the bevel side of the cylindrical generating unit and a rounded corner, wherein the truncated ends of the collar merge into vertical, arc-shaped walls, connected by a smooth transition with the generating unit of the cylindrical part of the holder, between which is a vertical wall that, in the upper part, merges radially into a flat surface on which the plate rests. The lower surface of the holder, perpendicular to its axis, in a bottom view has a shape close to a trapezoid with rounded shorter sides and a trapezoidal recess on the outside of the side, in which there are three circular holes arranged in one axis, the central one having a larger diameter than the outer holes. The circular plate with a chamfer constituting part of the upper surface of the handle has a colour contrasting with the colour of the remaining part of the furniture handle. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in the attached drawing fig. 1-3 is characterised in that: it has the shape of a solid bounded by the surface of a rotating cylinder with a side chamfer of its generating line on one side and a recess on the other side with a shape in a side view close to a trapezoid with a rounded corner and two different planes, the upper one of which is situated obliquely to the axis of rotation and the lower one perpendicularly to this axis, wherein the upper obliquely situated surface of the handle has the shape of a truncated circle formed by a radial circumferential flange in which a circular plate with a chamfer on the side of the chamfer of the generating line of the cylinder and a rounded corner is placed, wherein the bevelled ends of the collar turn into vertical arc walls, connected by a smooth transition with the cylindrical part of the handle, between which there is a vertical wall that turns radially into a flat surface in the upper part on which the plate rests; - the lower surface of the handle, perpendicular to its axis, in a view from below has a shape close to a trapezoid with rounded shorter sides and a trapezoidal recess on the outside of the side, in which there are three circular holes located in one axis, the middle one of which has a larger diameter than the outer holes; - the circular plate with a bevel, which is part of the upper surface of the handle, has a color contrasting with the color of the rest of the furniture handle.
