Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A. Uchwyt meblowy stanowi bryla skorupowa majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt eliptyczny z jednostronnym górnym dnem o tym samym profilu, której tworzaca ma zaokraglone górne obrzeze, oddzielone od pozostalej jej powierzchni obwodowa krawedzia pozioma, równiez o profilu eliptycznym, a w jej osi symetrii w przedniej i tylnej czesci ma identyczne sciecia w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonym górnym bokiem, usytuowane ponizej górnego dna i naprzeciw siebie, przy czym w górnym dnie pomiedzy zaokraglonym górnym eliptycznym obrzezem znajduje sie element eliptyczny w kolorze kontrastujacym z pozostala czescia uchwytu meblowego. W widoku od spodu uchwyt ten ma ksztalt ramki o profilu splaszczonego szescioboku, którego kazde dwa skrajne krótsze boki polaczone sa z soba promieniami, do których przylegaja elementy pierscieniowe usytuowane pionowo. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy przedstawiony na rysunku fig. 1 i 2, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - stanowi go bryla skorupowa majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt eliptyczny z jednostronnym górnym dnem o tym samym profilu, której tworzaca ma zaokraglone górne obrzeze, oddzielone od pozostalej jej powierzchni obwodowa krawedzia pozioma, równiez o profilu eliptycznym, a w jej osi symetrii w przedniej i tylnej czesci ma identyczne sciecia w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonym górnym bokiem, usytuowane ponizej górnego dna i naprzeciw siebie, przy czym w górnym dnie pomiedzy zaokraglonym górnym eliptycznym obrzezem znajduje sie element eliptyczny w kolorze kontrastujacym z pozostala czescia uchwytu meblowego, zas w widoku od spodu uchwyt ten ma ksztalt ramki o profilu splaszczonego szescioboku, którego kazde dwa skrajne krótsze boki polaczone sa z soba promieniami, do których przylegaja elementy pierscieniowe usytuowane pionowo. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the same handle viewed from below, and Fig. 3 the same handle in a vertical cross-section along line A-A. The furniture handle is a shell-shaped solid having an elliptical shape in plan view with a single-sided upper bottom of the same profile, the generatrix of which has a rounded upper rim, separated from the rest of its surface by a peripheral horizontal edge, also of an elliptical profile. Its axis of symmetry in the front and rear has identical rectangular cuts with a rounded upper side, located below the upper bottom and opposite each other. In the upper bottom, between the rounded upper elliptical rim, there is an elliptical element in a color contrasting with the rest of the furniture handle. In the bottom view, this handle has the shape of a frame with a flattened hexagonal profile, each of the two shorter sides of which is connected by radii to which vertically arranged annular elements adhere. Essential features of the industrial design The furniture handle shown in figures 1 and 2 is characterized by the following: - it is a shell-shaped solid having an elliptical shape in a top view with a one-sided upper bottom of the same profile, the generatrix of which has a rounded upper rim, separated from the rest of its surface by a peripheral horizontal edge, also of an elliptical profile, and in its axis of symmetry in the front and rear parts it has identical cuts in the shape of a rectangle with a rounded upper side, situated below the upper bottom and opposite each other, wherein in the upper bottom, between the rounded upper elliptical rim, there is an elliptical element in a color contrasting with the rest of the furniture handle, while in the bottom view the handle has the shape of a frame with a flattened hexagonal profile, each of the two shorter extreme sides of which are connected with each other rays to which the vertically arranged ring elements adhere.
