Ponadto wynalazek obejmuje zastosowanie tej metody do wykrywania raka płuca u osób z grupy wysokiego ryzyka zachorowania na raka płuca.The subject of the invention is a predictive method for detection and / or exclusion of lung cancer consisting in measuring the level of miRNA expression in a test sample, which includes: - detection in a biological sample of at least 3 miRNAs contained in the list of 24 miRNAs, and determination of the amount of miRNAs indicated in relation to the control sample .
