Konstrukcja sekcji (1) rekuperatora wentylacyjnego posiada obudowę (3), baterię modułów (4) wymieniających ciepło przeciwprądowo, zestawionych równolegle w segmenty (2), uszczelki międzymodułowe, uszczelki międzysegmentowe, otwory (7, 8) czołowe, wlotowe i wylotowe, powietrza wywiewanego i świeżego, belkę (9) poprzeczną środkową dolną, belkę (10) poprzeczną środkową górną, belki (11) poprzeczne czołowe środkowe, belki (12) podłużne boczne środkowe, słupy (13) pionowe boczne środkowe, kolektory (16) dolne i kolektory (17) górne o długości równej prawie połowie długości sekcji (2). Kolektory (16, 17) połączone są z belkami (11) poprzez płyty czołowe zbiorcze, których kształt obejmuje kontury (25) dolne ścianek (19) kolektorów (16) i kontury (26) górne ścianek (22) kolektorów (17) oraz na pozostałych odcinkach tego kształtu kontury (27) górne i dolne ścianek (28) czołowych segmentów (2), przy czym między modułami (4) każdego segmentu (2) znajduje się bryła (37/40), rozszerzająca się jednowymiarowe, o poprzecznym kształcie pokrywającym się z poprzecznym kształtem segmentu (2), dociskająca moduły (4) i uszczelki międzymodułowe do siebie i do płyt, natomiast belki (11) połączone są ze sobą ściągaczami (38) poziomymi, znajdującymi się w płaszczyznach uszczelek międzysegmentowych.
