Materiał do wykonania izolacji cieplnej i elementów konstrukcyjnych w obiektach budowlanych, wykonywania stabilizacji, podbudowy pod drogi oraz wszelkiego rodzaju wypełnień zawiera polimero - pianobeton lub jego odmiany, w których jako wypełnienie podstawy znajduje się piasek, mączka krzemiankowa, mączka dolomitowa, mączka granitowa, w ilościach od 50 do 1200 kg/m3 zarobu, cement portlandzki w ilości od 100 do 600 kg/m3 zarobu, woda od 90 do 950 litrów/ m3 zarobu. Do podstawowego składu mieszanki dodaje się: plastyfikator - 0,1 do 7kg na każde 100kg czystego cementu modyfikatory polimerowe - 0,01 - 25% w stosunku do objętości zarobu, zbrojenie rozproszone w postaci włókien polipropylenowych 0,5 do 24 kg/m3 pianobetonu, nanodyspersję lub/i grafen od 0,01 - 25% w stosunku do objętości zarobu, metylocelulozę od 0,1 - 10% objętości zarobu, mrówczan wapnia od 0,01 do 5% objętości zarobu, emulsje żywic epoksydowych 0,2 - 20% masy zarobu, ciekłe żywice syntetyczne w postaci nie nasyconych żywic poliestrowych lub ciekłe żywice epoksydowe od 1 - 30% masy zarobu. Podstawowy skład mieszanki składa się z następujących frakcji kruszyw: -grafen - 1 nm, nanokrzemionka - 5 do 130 nm, pył krzemionkowy, krzemionka bezpostaciowa - 150 nm, dyspersje - 200 - 1000 nm, emulsje - 1000 - 5000 nm, mączka kwarcowa, dolomitowa, granitowa, marmurowa - 30000 nm, piasek 1500000 - 3000000 nm.The material for thermal insulation and construction elements in construction works, stabilization, foundation for roads and all types of fillings contains polymer - foam concrete or its variants, in which as the base filling there is sand, silicate flour, dolomite flour, granite flour in quantities from 50 to 1200 kg / m3 of income, Portland cement in the amount of 100 to 600 kg / m3 of income, water from 90 to 950 liters / m3 of income. The basic composition of the mix adds: a plasticizer - 0.1 to 7kg for every 100kg of pure cement, polymer modifiers - 0.01 - 25% in relation to the volume of the mix, dispersed reinforcement in the form of polypropylene fibers 0.5 to 24 kg / m3 of foam concrete, nanodispersion or / and graphene from 0.01 - 25% in relation to the production volume, methyl cellulose from 0.1 - 10% of the production volume, calcium formate from 0.01 to 5% of the production volume, emulsions of epoxy resins 0.2 - 20% mixing mass, liquid synthetic resins in the form of unsaturated polyester resins or liquid epoxy resins from 1 - 30% of the mass. The basic composition of the mix consists of the following aggregate fractions: - graphite - 1 nm, nanosilica - 5 to 130 nm, silica dust, amorphous silica - 150 nm, dispersions - 200 - 1000 nm, emulsions - 1000 - 5000 nm, quartz, dolomite flour , granite, marble - 30,000 nm, sand 1,500,000 - 3,000,000 nm.
