Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania diagnostycznej ilości radionuklidu 99mTc z tarczy molibdenowej napromienionej protonami w cyklotronie, poprzez rozpuszczenie jej w roztworze kwasu azotowego(V), i następnie po dodaniu do roztworu 3 M NH4NO3 i 0,44 M roztworu (NH4)3PO4 wytrąca się osad fosforomolibdenianu amonowego. Z kolei roztwór przepuszcza się przez kolumnę wypełnioną tlenkiem glinu o masie 100 mg. Radionuklid 99mTc eluuje się 0,9% roztworu soli fizjologicznej.
