Abstract

Głowica tnąca (8) do cięcia płynem typu mającego wiele dysz w obrotowym dyszowym zespole (9), przeznaczona do wykonywania odwiertu w skale, ma dysze przystosowane do zasilania płuczką wiertniczą pod wysokim ciśnieniem, tworząc strumienie ustawione tak, aby cięły znajdującą się w sąsiedztwie skałę. Dysze te zawierają jedną lub większą liczbę skierowanych ogólnie osiowo dysz pilotujących (1 i 2) oraz jedną lub większą liczbę skierowanych ogólnie promieniowo dysz rozszerzających (5 i 6), przy czym przynajmniej dysze pilotujące charakteryzują się niezwężającą się sekcją wylotową tak, że wydostający się z nich strumień ma zasadniczo stały przekrój poprzeczny w strefie bezpośrednio sąsiadującej z sekcją wylotową. Dysze pilotujące są usytuowane w części prowadzącej (26) obrotowego zespołu dyszowego (9), mającej najmniejszą średnicę, natomiast dysze rozszerzające są usytuowane w następującej po niej części obrotowego zespołu dyszowego (9), ukształtowanej w sposób schodkowy w celu utrzymywania dysz rozszerzających w pobliżu powierzchni skały.
