Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania bio-etanolu w procesie fermentacji z surowców odnawialnych, takich jak ziemniaki, kukurydza, trzcina cukrowa, słoma, pszenica, ryż i innych, w tym biomasy odpadowej. Bio-etanol otrzymywany w tym procesie jest używany do celów niekonsumpcyjnych, na przykład jako komponent do produkcji biopaliw. Na sposób składa się przygotowanie zacieru z surowca, wody, pożywki i mikroorganizów, konwersji cukrów zawartych w surowcu podczas fermentacji alkoholowej do produktu, oddzieleniu bio-etanolu od wywaru gorzelnianego, który jest następnie poddany beztlenowej fermentacji, a otrzymany w niej odciek jest poddany utlenieniu i skierowany do etapu przygotowania zacieru. Sposób otrzymywania bio-etanolu wynalazku polega na zamknięciu obiegu wód procesowych oraz ich uzdatnieniu do efektywnej realizacji procesu fermentacji alkoholowej po zawróceniu strumienia po fermentacji beztlenowej i dzięki temu, ograniczeniu zużycia wody w procesie.The subject of the invention is a method for producing bio-ethanol in the fermentation process from renewable raw materials, such as potatoes, corn, sugar cane, straw, wheat, rice and others, including waste biomass. Bio-ethanol obtained in this process is used for non-consumptive purposes, for example as a component for the production of biofuels. The method consists of preparing a mash from the raw material, water, nutrient solution and microorganisms, converting the sugars contained in the raw material during alcoholic fermentation into the product, separating bio-ethanol from the distillery grain, which is then subjected to anaerobic fermentation, and the effluent obtained is oxidized and directed to the mash preparation stage. The method of obtaining bio-ethanol of the invention consists in closing the circulation of process water and treating it for the effective implementation of the alcoholic fermentation process after reversing the stream after anaerobic fermentation, and thus reducing water consumption in the process.
