Abstract
Miniaturowa hydroturbina łopatkowa do napędu generatora energii elektrycznej możliwa jest do montażu bezpośredniego na rurociągach o średnicach od 40 do 200 mm za pomocą przyłączy kołnierzowych. Oś wirnika hydroturbiny (3) jest przesunięta względem osi rurociągu o wartość równą połowie różnicy średnic wewnętrznych rury wirnika i rury wlotowej pomniejszonej o sumę grubości ścianek tych rur. Miniaturowa hydroturbina łopatkowa posiada wymienne wkładki pełniące rolę kierownic strugi wody, dobierane w zależności od oczekiwanych parametrów pracy turbiny i rurociągu. Konstrukcja kierownicy strugi wlotowej (3) pozwala na zmniejszenie przekroju rury wlotowej w zakresie od 30 do 60% w zależności od średniej prędkości strugi w rurociągu i dopuszczalnego spadku ciśnienia na urządzeniu oraz wymaganej prędkości obrotowej wirnika.The miniature vane hydroturbine for driving the electricity generator is possible for direct mounting on pipelines with diameters from 40 to 200 mm with flange connections. The rotor axis of the hydroturbine (3) is shifted relative to the pipeline axis by a value equal to half the difference in internal diameter of the rotor pipe and inlet pipe reduced by the sum of the wall thickness of these pipes. The miniature paddle hydroturbine has replaceable inserts that act as water stream guides, selected depending on the expected parameters of the turbine and pipeline. The design of the inlet stream steering (3) allows to reduce the cross-section of the inlet pipe in the range from 30 to 60% depending on the average stream speed in the pipeline and the allowable pressure drop on the device and the required rotor speed.
