Abstract
Invention herewith described refers to the housing for hydro and aero turbines with the central part of the pipe (1), where there is the front enlargement (2) at the front end, and the rear enlargement (3) on which are set speed rings (6) or speed semi-rings (8) set on supporters (7) and with blade stabilizers (10) integrated and shaped in such a way that when interacted with fluid passing around and trough the housing of the hydro-turbine, provide the highest absorb power of the hydro-turbine i.e. the highest and spatially best distributed flow speed through the hydro or aero turbine housing i.e., through the turbine itself.
