Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest transporter płaskich elementów w procesach produkcyjnych, zwłaszcza w procesie wytwarzania układów elektronicznych zarówno na płytkach krzemowych, jak i wszelkiego rodzaju metalizowanych laminatach. Transporter ma wannę (WA) wypełnioną cieczą (CI), w której osadzone są równolegle względem siebie co najmniej trzy osie rolek (OS) z rolkami (RL), a nad rolkami (RL) usytuowane są dysze procesowe (DP), połączone poprzez pompę (PO) i filtr (FL) z wanną (WA), przy czym transportowana płytka (TP) umieszczona jest w pozycji wertykalnej pomiędzy dyszami procesowymi (DP) i oparta boczną krawędzią na rolkach (RL).
